A Message From Our Founder
Welcome to The Smart Foundation!
We are here to provide SIgnal Relief patches at no cost to our loved veterans for their physical and mental wellness! Statistics show that one-third of vets encounter health issues during or after duty.
The Signal Relief patch will offer them comfort and relief from the day to day pain they must endure....but we don't stop there. We also have access to mental health experts who can steer vets to finding mental health when needed. We believe mental and physical health is connected, By donating a patch, you're giving our vets freedom to move about and freedom to be well to look after themselves and those they most cherish. Because we cherish all of them!
Who We Are
Owner and founder Mike Hammond of Signal Relief Signal Relief has taken the revolutionary work of his drug-free pain management patch directly to Vets in need by launching The Smart Foundation.
This non-profit donates Signal Relief patches to Vets who sustain injuries and need help with pain management.
